Rural resiliency initiative
Need help during a crisis or disaster? This resource page from Community Futures British Columbia guides rural business-owners through what to do if your business is affected by wildfire, flood, power outage or other emergencies. It provides practical advice — from protecting people to documenting damage, submitting insurance claims, and staying informed about local emergency conditions. It also links to free tools and supports including evacuation checklists, insurance-claim guidance, and access to emergency support services.

My Community Futures
Welcome to myCommunityFutures, your gateway to Upcoming Workshops, On-Demand Webinars, Upcoming Webinars and Consulting Services from Community Futures.

Startups, businesses, social enterprises and non-profits located in the service areas of 31 community futures offices in BC are eligible to receive workshops and webinars free of charge. Workshops and Webinars are otherwise fee-for-service.

Business consulting services are free of charge in all 34 Community Futures Service Areas.

Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP)
The Community Futures Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP) is designed to make it easier for entrepreneurs with disabilities or ongoing health conditions to pursue their business goals by providing access to a network of business professionals and resources.  Self-employment provides flexible hours, personalized work environments and economic inclusion for individuals who have a viable business idea and are ready, willing and motivated to run their own business.  
The PRIDE in Entrepreneurship program is dedicated to supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs in British Columbia. We offer comprehensive training, resources, and support to help you build and grow your business.
Black Entrepreneurs and Businesses of Canada Society
The Black Entrepreneurs and Businesses of Canada Society [BEBC Society], a non-profit is here to help you. Partner with us as we connect you with community leaders who will meet your needs, as you create community, expand networks and start, maintain or scale up your business.
