Enterprising Artisans Project's site is now live!

posted Jan 17, 2012

The Project is about working together to discover the potential for local artisans to sell their work, not only locally, but also around the world.

The Enterprising Artisans Project has a new one-stop project informational blog site. Go to www.enterprisingartisans.wordpress.com to find out about the project, watch a youtube clip featuring local artisans or download our newsletter – Artscape ! Content is changing daily so check us out and leave a comment.

The Enterprising Artisans Project is moving full speed ahead.
Currently the project is working with local Artisans from Burns Lake to Smithers in collaboration with a
specialized branding team to collectively develop a logo and new group name that best represents the region.
This work will express who the artists are, where they are, and what they are all about, remaining open to the various art forms and types of media they wish to promote.  The group is hoping to launch this brand in the next two months, and encourage those with interest to watch for upcoming events to show off their work, brand and a website soon under development.

If your not involved already, the group is always looking for community input and more artists of all kinds!
To join the project and be apart of the creative process and potential for developing the creative economy call Erin Martens – 250-845-2522 or email erinm@cfnadina.ca

For the most current information and project background to date there is a blog site
